AUBURN – Richard A. Boudreault, 66, of Lewiston, passed away at Hospice House, Friday, Sept. 26.
He was born in Lewiston, July 9, 1942, the son of the late Roland and Madeline (Baker) Boudreault. He was married in 1963 to his loving wife, Rena (Pare) Boudreault. They celebrated 45 years of marriage in June of this year. He worked hard throughout his life in many roles and retired in 2006.
He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and cars. He was extremely handy and could fix or build just about anything. He had a positive attitude and outlook and was an extraordinary story teller. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Rena (Pare) Boudreault of Lewiston; his two sons, Bruce Boudreault and his wife, Brenda, of Freeport and Mark Boudreault and his wife, Sandy, of Madison; his daughter, Angela Copeland and her husband, Lee, of Portland; his sisters, Jackie Pare and her husband, Normand, and Rosemary Paraskevakos; his grandchildren, Brandon, Renee, Tonya and Shaun; and a great-grandchild, Jordyn.
He was predeceased by his parents, Roland and Madeline Boudreault.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Hospice House in Auburn for their support, compassion and dedication during Richard’s last days with us.
