SAD 43 has announced that Bruce Bulger is a top Maine school bus driver. He was a first-place winner at a skills competition at Sugarloaf. Bulger also took second at the a regional conference in Farmington while driving a transit bus. Bulger has been employed with SAD 43 since 1992. Winning in the transit division makes him eligible to compete at the 2009 School Bus Driver International Safety Competition at Greensboro, N.C., in July. This is the second time Bulger has been at a top winner.
