Dear Sun Spots: My mother came across a certain beverage called Tava this summer. Coke puts it out and it comes in three flavors. Well, she cannot get enough of it. Our problem is we can’t seem to find it in stores anymore. Wal-Mart and Hannaford did carry it but no more. Please help us find Tava. – Carmen, No Town.

Answer: Tava, a zero-calorie sparkling beverage made by Pepsi, comes in tropical berry blend, passion fruit lime and black cherry citrus flavors. According to Pepsi’s Web site, the black cherry citrus flavor has been sold in a four-pack, in the last 30 days, at Shaw’s on East Avenue. However, when we checked with the local Pepsi bottling group in Auburn for other possible locations, they noted that the product has been discontinued. You may want to check with Shaw’s to see if they have any more available for purchase.

Dear Sun Spots: I have an electric treadmill to give away. It needs some work to fix it. The company says they’d start with the sensor. But I’m not mechanically inclined and cannot use it anymore. It’s a Sportcraft TX 4.9. After it’s fixed the belt needs to be tightened. As is. Heavy; you haul it yourself. 784-3934. If not home leave a message. – No Name, Lewiston.
