LEWISTON – The matchups aren’t quite as glamorous this weekend as they have been for the last couple of weeks, but there are some that bear close watching.

Edward Little will look to bounce back after a tough road loss with a home date against Cony, while cross-river rival Lewiston hopes to run its record to 5-0 with a matchup against Mt. Ararat.

Winthrop will host Boothbay in a rematch of last year’s conference final, though this time around, the Ramblers will likely have an easier go of it. In other Class C action, Dirigo (4-0) will face another road test at Livermore Falls (3-1), while Lisbon and Jay rekindle their always-fun rivalry.

In Class B, Oak Hill keeps drawing tough opponents as the season moves along, but MDI is a winnable game for the Raiders, who need a win to keep playoffs within reach.
