LIMERICK – William E. Brulotte, 68, of the Johnson Road died suddenly at his home on Oct. 1.
He was born in Sanford, on Dec. 1, 1939, a son of Napoleon and Sarah Whitten Brulotte and attended local schools. He married Madeleine Blais on Sept. 10, 1960. He was a foreman for the Cianbro Construction Co. and worked there for more than 25 years. Before that, he had worked for several years at the Herman Shoe Co. in Scarborough.
His many hobbies included woodworking, hunting and playing cards. Above all, he was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Spending time with his family was most important to him, and he will be sadly missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Madeleine Brulotte of Limerick; a son, Frank Brulotte and his companion, Kim, of Norway; two daughters, Wanda Mitchell of Limerick and Angela Storey of Limerick; four brothers, Philip Brulotte of Lebanon, Robert Brulotte of Baldwin, Raymond Brulotte of Limerick and Rene Brulotte of Limerick; three sisters, Jeanette Lajoie of Limerick, Ethel Brulotte of Lynn, Mass., and Jane Kelley of Lynn, Mass.; five grandchildren, Lucas Brulotte, Ludger Mitchell Jr., Jolee-Ann Mitchell, Meghan Storey and Alexander Storey; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers, Guy, Ronald, Roger and Paul Brulotte; and a sister, Pauline Gilpatrick.
