I’m writing in support of James Bradley for state representative in House District 100. He’s an independent Democrat who is willing to work across party lines to solve the issues facing Maine’s families and seniors.

While many candidates promise to stand up for working families if elected, Bradley has actually done it for more than 10 years as the state union president, representing more than 1,000 support staff in the University of Maine System.

Fighting for fair wages, affordable insurance, reasonable working conditions are not just promises that he makes to get elected, they are principles he lives by and goals he has achieved for working families in Maine.

When politicians ask for support, instead of letting them say what they will do if elected, they should be asked what they have done. Promises are meaningless unless there are legislators who can deliver on those promises.

James Bradley will deliver.
