PORTLAND – Madisyn Elizabeth Warner, 7 months, beloved infant daughter of James P. and Jenna Sullivan Warner died Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Portland on Feb. 10, 2008.

Madisyn is survived by her parents of Portland; maternal grandparents, Donna and Glenn Poole of Portland, and Kevin Sullivan of Richmond, Va.; paternal grandparents, Pauline Turbide and Daniel Bauer of Mexico; maternal great-grandparents, Edward and Marjorie Sullivan of Raymond, and Donald and Sandra Bouthiet of Hollis; and paternal great-grandfather, Lee Bauer of Mexico; and her great-great-grandmother, Blanche Pratt of Gorham. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will all miss her dearly.
