MESA, Ariz. – Michael Norman Joseph Gagne passed away on Oct. 2, at home in Mesa, Ariz.
He was born on July 5, 1946, in Auburn. He was the 13th of 14 children to Donalda and Leon Gagne. He served in the Army from 1964 to 1967 and later married Brenda Moore at Sacred Heart Church in Auburn in 1971.
He worked for John Hancock Insurance Co. for 15 years, and later had his own financial services and real estate business in Oxford, where he lived for 29 years. He later lived in Arizona for nine years. He enjoyed playing the guitar, hunting, fishing and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his daughter, Jennifer Garci and her huband, Erik, their two children, Nolan and Nina; daughter, Stephanie Gagne; son, Justin Gagne; daughter, Nicole Gagne and her husband, Eric; sisters, Muriel Blackburn and Susie Whooley of Florida, and Madelyn Bailey of Minot; sister-in-law, Ann Gagne; nephew, John Gagne; neice, Marie McNalley of Auburn; and brothers, Maurice Gagne of New Hampshire, and Richard Gagne of California.
He was predeceased by his parents; six brothers, Robert, Lionel, Raymond, Armand, Burt and Paul; and two sisters, Mary and Diane.
