PORTLAND (AP) – A 27-year-old man has been sentenced to more than 12 years in prison for his role in trafficking crack cocaine.

Festus Babundo, a Nigerian national, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Portland to 151 months in prison. Babundo pleaded guilty in April to drug distribution charges.

According to prosecutors, Babundo was arrested following an undercover sting operation.
