NORTH ANSON – Bruce Wayne Frederic, 55, of Farmington, died unexpectedly Saturday, Oct. 18, as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
He was born May 21, 1953, in Farmington, the son of Burton and Joan (Paquette) Frederic. He was a graduate of Madison High School and attended the University of Maine, Farmington.
On May 16, 1975, he married Judith Ann Jordan in Farmington. He was a self-employed carpenter and loved his home state of Maine, where he enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing golf. He was a Boston Red Sox and Celtics fan.
He is survived by his wife, Judy, of Farmington; their daughter, Katherine “Kate” Frederic Morton and her husband, John, of Astoria, N.Y.; his mother, Joan Frederic of Skowhegan; two brothers, Dana Frederic and his wife, Margaret “Peggy,” of Pinole, Calif., and Eric Frederic and his wife, Darcy, of Manchester, N.H.; and one sister, Kim Frederic-Klein and her husband, Jay, of Arizona.
He was predeceased by his father.
