LISBON – A special recall election for Town Council Chairman Norma Wells will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 28, one week before the national election.

Voting will take place in Ward 2 at the MTM Community Center on School Street, from 1 to 7 p.m.

The recall is a result of a petition submitted by the Lisbon Concerned Citizens Committee, which is spearheading the effort to oust Wells.
