RUMFORD – The Greater Rumford Community Center is offering an adult conditioning class with Coach Samantha Aylward starting on Monday, Nov. 3.

The program will last for the month, with the costs of $25 for the classes and a one-time membership fee to the GRCC (in-town $30, out-of-town $45).

The classes will run from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the dance upstairs room. Only adults age 18 and over are asked to join. Call the GRCC at 369-9906 to sign up.

The center is also interested in starting an adult-tot class for ages 6 months to 2 years on Monday, Nov. 3. For more information, call the center and ask for Aylward at 369-9906.
