John McCain was an honorable man; however, he has given up his principles in an attempt to win votes. He has allowed his campaign to waste time, money and effort on smearing Barack Obama instead of dealing with meaningful issues. In so doing, he has insulted the intelligence of the American people.
My vote will go to Barack Obama, an intelligent, articulate, thoughtful human being; a loving son, grandson, husband, and father; a leader capable of instilling hope in the populace and of winning back the reputation of America around the world. He will help the good people of the United States to overcome economic woes and restore sanity to the government.
I urge others to join with me on Nov. 4 in electing Barack Obama as the next president of the United States.
