Farmington police arrested Nicole Lamphere, 27, of Skowhegan, outside the Subway sandwich shop late Thursday afternoon. She was charged with theft, falsifying evidence, possession of a schedule W drug and violation of condition of release, according to an official at the Franklin County Detention Facility, where she was being held overnight. An ambulance was called during the arrest but Lamphere declined treatment. Additional information wasn’t available from Farmington police Thursday night.
