Officer Robert Sanders, also known as Sammy Swat, and Detective Drew Hufnagel of the Jay Police Department visited the Jay Elementary School on Thursday and spoke to the children about Halloween safety. Each child also received a reflective Halloween candy bag with safety rules printed on the side.
