MEXICO – Reiki master/teacher Rhonda Ouellette of Earth Spirit Healing Center announced that seven students have earned Reiki I certification for completion and understanding of Usui Reiki techniques. Ouellette also announced that Ilona Tenney received her Reiki II certification and is a Reiki II practitioner.
