• Joshua Rinaldi, 27, Jay, failure to appear, violating condition of release, Nov. 3, $300 provided for court appearance Dec. 18, Jay Police Department.

• Charlie Quinn, 21, Poland, failure to appear, Nov. 4, $300 cash provided for court appearance Dec. 11, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
