AUBURN – Funeral services honoring the life of Hazel Goding were held Thursday at Riverside Drive Baptist Church with the Rev. Brian Demers officiating. During the service, Hazel’s sisters, pianist, Marilyn Jordan and singers, Marlene Smith, along with son-in-law, Reginald St. Hilaire sang the songs, “In the Garden” and “How Great Thou Art.” in honor of Hazel. Words of remembrance were shared by family friend, Ray Derosiers and Hazel’s former Pastor at her church, the Rev. Walter Poole. A funeral procession was then formed to Gracelawn Memorial Park, where the Rev. Demers recited committal prayers at the burial. After committal prayers all were invited back to Riverside Drive Baptist Church Hall for a reception of fellowship. Pallbearers were Ryan Goding, Sean Gay, Scott St. Hilaire, Charles Dix, Joshua Goding and Reginald St. Hilaire. Arrangements by Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel.
