LEWISTON – The Seasoned Workforce, in conjunction with the Central/Western Maine Workforce Investment Board, the Lewiston CareerCenter and several local employers, will sponsor a Seasoned Worker Forum for older workers in the Lewiston/Auburn area from 9 a.m.-noon on Nov. 13 at the CareerCenter, 5 Mollison Way.
The seasoned person is anyone age of 50 or older.
The program is designed to encourage participation of all attendees. There are dozens of jobs and volunteer activities where the seasoned worker is needed and can make a difference.
Due to space restraints and the overwhelming response to the forums, seating will be limited. For more information and to reserve a spot, call the CareerCenter at 753-9000.
