PARIS – A man pleaded not guilty Friday to charges associated with the robbery of a Rite-Aid pharmacy in Paris in September.

Toby Alan Boutilier, 32, of Western Avenue in Paris was indicted on charges of robbery and attempting to steal drugs.

According to police reports, Boutilier demanded the painkiller OxyContin from the pharmacy on Sept. 27 and made threats when he was denied the medication. No one was injured in the incident. Boutilier was arrested after he was found in his vehicle nearby.

Boutilier is free on a pretrial contract.
