Every four years it comes down to this. A war between two American citizens who cannot wait to become the President of the United States.

Up for election is Obama and McCain. These fellow candidates have one thing in common. They both will set a record.

First, we will start with Obama. He would be the first black person ever to be the President of the United States. He is 47. He will be one of the youngest presidents if he gets elected. He has chosen Joe Biden to be his vice president if he wins the election.

McCain will be one of the oldest presidents if he wins. That will be what his record would be. McCain has chosen an amazing vice president; that is my opinion. Sarah Palin. She is a mother and was the governor of Alaska. McCain hopes for the best for Palin and it would be an incredible moment for her if he was elected because she would be the first female vice president ever in the history of the United States .

One of these two candidates will become our next president.

Let’s hope for the best!
