JAY – St. Rose Church will hold a Christmas fair from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Parish Hall., featuring homemade doughnuts and coffee, a food table, white elephant items, cookie walk and a raffle. A turkey pot pie and fish chowder lunch will be served at 11 a.m.

Grange program

LIVERMORE – New Norlands Grange 580 will meet at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the hall, Airport Road, East Livermore. There will be a program followed by refreshments. All members are invited. Christmas fair

FRYEBURG – The Christmas Cupboard will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 22, at Fryeburg New Church, 12 Oxford St. Handmade items, baked goods, candy, wreaths, white elephant items, coffee and doughnuts will be available. PERU – The Peru Extension Homemakers will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Peru Baptist Church. Members should bring items for the Thanksgiving food box and for the raffle and ingredients for soup. Edythe Porter has the mystery.

Church fair

DIXFIELD – The Dixfield Congregational Church (the Church on the Hill) will have its annual Christmas fair on Saturday, Dec. 6, starting with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. catered by the men of the church. Lunch will be served by the women at 11:30.

Tables include raffles, handmade crafts, 50/50, silent auction, baked goods, greens, candy, Christmas cookies and the men’s table with a wheel of cheese. To order specific colors for greens, call 562-7095.
