Lewiston – A Traditional Latin Funeral Mass was held Saturday for Gaetane L. Dostie at the Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul following prayers from the Dostie Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Parent, pastor of St. Gregory the Great Chaplaincy, celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Gaetane’s grandson, Caleb Dostie, had the honor of serving at his grandmother’s funeral Mass. Pallbearers were her son, Dan Dostie and her grandchildren, Shane Thibodeau, John Thibodeau, Paul Dostie Jr., Nicholas Koch and Jean-Luc Dostie.
