RUMFORD – Ronald L. White Sr., 48, died Monday, Nov. 17, at his residence on Waldo Street.

He was born March 15, 1960, in Rumford, a son of Robert and Leona (Hodgkins) White. He had attended Mexico schools and Mexico High School and had served with the Maine National Guard.

He had worked as a carpenter for G. L Hodgkins for several years.

Survivors include his mother, Leona White of Rumford; children, Dustin and Christina of Louisiana; three grandchildren; brothers, Robert White Jr. and wife, Kim, of Rumford, Rex White of Rumford, Roger White and wife, Karen, of Rumford and Russell White and wife, Amanda, of Mexico; and sisters, Birdie Rocray and husband, Michael, Becky McDonald and husband, Kevin and Rose Libby and husband, Rob, all of Rumford.

He was predeceased by a son, Ronald Jr.; and a daughter, Devon.
