ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – Autopsy results on the woman found dead outside a New Hampshire church are inconclusive and police are now calling her death untimely, not suspicious.
Rochester police identified her Wednesday as 31-year-old Marcie Lyn Grenier, who lived in Rochester.
“Cause and manner of death determination is pending further study,” a news release from Rochester Police chief David Dubois said.
“The Rochester Police Department has committed a team to this investigation and continue to investigate this as an untimely death,” Dubois said.
Police said Grenier was known to them, but they declined to give any more details.
WMUR-TV reported that friends said Grenier had had drug problems in the past, but that she had been doing much better.
