Dementia series

AUBURN – The conversation series about memory loss and dementia, designed for families and friends of memory-impaired adults, will continue with “Cookies and Conversation” from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, at the Clover Health Care, Common Room, 440 Minot Ave.

Tree lighting

LISBON FALLS – The Lisbon Falls Baptist Church will host the town’s annual Christmas tree lighting from 4:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at the town gazebo. There will be Christmas carols, hot cocoa and cookies. For more information, call the church at 353-8518.

Bridge play

LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Social Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Nov. 17 were: first, Lue Bilodeau and Luke Merry; second/third tie, Mary Leahey and Les Buzzell with Dick Allen and Pete Cummings.

Games are played at 9 a.m. Mondays and Tuesdays at the Multi-Purpose Center and 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Schooner Estates.
