BRIDGTON – William and Beverly Chalmers of Bridgton are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Dorothy “Dottie” Chalmers of Gray, to Adam Cutter of Gray, son of Michael and Paula Cutter of Kennebunk.

Miss Chalmers is a 1999 graduate of Lake Region High School and a 2003 graduate of Bowdoin College. She is currently a personal lines new business producer at the Chalmers Agency.

Mr. Cutter is a 1999 graduate of Winthrop High School and a 2003 graduate of St. Lawrence University. He earned his master’s degree in global marketing communications and advertising at Emerson College in 2004 and is employed in advertising for Central Maine Power.

A July 11 wedding is planned in Bridgton.
