BRUNSWICK – On Friday, Dec. 5, Al Miller will continue the “Tales to Tell” First Friday series at The Theater Project.

Given the time of year, Miller plans to focus on holiday food and other tasty tidbits. Likely to be included are “Stone Soup,” a Hanukkah story about a girl named Hannah, and Miller’s story, “Bashir the Baker.” And since it’s the holidays, there may even be something to eat.

“When it’s holiday time, I’m seldom certain what stories are going to come out of my mouth and what, if anything, there may be for listeners to put into their mouths after listening to the stories. I like surprises,” Miller said.

“Tales to Tell” is free although donations are accepted to help keep the lights on and the temperature above freezing. The Theater Project also encourages people to bring food for MidCoast Hunger Prevention Program. Each December, The Theater Project collects food at its holiday performances for donation to the local food kitchen.

The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. For more information, call 729-8584 or visit the theater.
