LEWISTON – Georgette G. Gagne, 84, of Russell Park Rehabilitation and Living Center, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the center, after a long illness.

She was born in Lewiston, on Dec. 2, 1924, the daughter of Alfred and Marie Louise Leblond Galarneau. She was educated in Lewiston schools.

She married Ernest A. Gagne, the love of her life, on July 4, 1942. She was a loving mother and caring person. She worked in local factories and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and bingo.

She is survived by a daughter, Claudette C. Milliken; a brother, Rosaire Galarneau of Lewiston; and nephews and nieces.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest A. Gagne.

Her daughter would like to thank all the staff at Russell Park for the care they gave her mother.
