LEWISTON – A funeral Mass honoring the life of Normand D. Dufour was celebrated Thursday at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul. The Rev. Nathan March celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Military honors from the U.S. Army played “taps” and presented our country’s flag to Mr. Dufour’s wife, Cheryl Dufour. Pallbearers were Chad Dufour, Bob Lussier, Joe Desrochers, Tony Mason, George Johnson and Randy Hall. A reception of fellowship was held at the New Auburn Social Club after the committal services at the cemetery. Arrangements by the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home.
