Poland Spring’s Susan Roux has collaborated with Sandra Leinonen Dunn to bring color and emotion in a selection of original paintings to the Unity Centre for the Performing Arts. Both representational painters, their works are infused with light, unexpected color and feeling. Roux delights in playful color and stroke while capturing the subtle nuances of nature. The above painting, titled “Tiny Gatekeepers,” is part of the exhibit which opens Saturday, Dec. 6, and runs through December. The arts center is at 42 Depot St. in Unity.
