Franco American vets plan show

LEWISTON – The Franco American War Veterans Post 31 is sponsoring “The Just Us Family Christmas Show” at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at Lewiston Junior High School on Central Avenue.

Tickets, $8, are on sale from members and from Just Us entertainers, also at the Community Credit Union, Great Falls Credit Union, Hannaford and Victor News in Lewiston and also at the door at the school.

New songs this year will include “Because It’s Christmas,” “Christmas for Me,” “It’s the Most Fattening Time of the Year,” “Christmas Wishes,” “Hot Rod Sleigh,” “Jesus Born on This Day” and “Someone is Missing at Christmas.”

The committee includes Nel Meservier and Norm Laplante from “Just Us,” Willie Danforth, Bert Dutil and Bob Levesque from the Franco Vets.
