LISBON FALLS – The Lisbon Historical Society has elected officers for 2009-10. Chosen were Alfred L. Smith, president; Karen Lemke, vice president; Wilford E. Barr, treasurer and assistant archivist; and Dorothy J. Smith, secretary and curator.

Meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Archive hours are from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursdays or by appointment by contacting Dorothy J. Smith at 353-8510 or Wilford Barr at 353-4388 or [email protected].

The society’s mailing address is P.O. Box 246, Lisbon Falls, ME 04252. Location of archives is 18 School St., MTM Center, Rooms 5 and 6, rear entrance. Admission is free and the public is welcome.
