The following are to be arraigned on March 3 in Rumford District Court:
• Stephen Thomas, 47, Roxbury, operating under the influence, 1:55 a.m. Dec. 7 on Route 2. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
• Eric Nichols, 46, Morrisville, Vt., operating under the influence, 11:40 p.m. Dec. 5 on East Andover Road. He was released on $400 cash bail.
• Eric Zitoli, 23, Greenwood, operating after suspension and possession of a suspended license, 1 a.m. Dec. 5 on Rangeley Place. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.
Accidents
• Dec. 3, 8:19 p.m. – A 1994 Jeep sport-utility vehicle operated by Zachery McPhee, 16, of Rumford, struck a 1996 Cadillac sedan driven by Alvin Seng, 64, of Mexico, at York Street and Maine Avenue. Seng suffered minor cuts and scratches, but refused transport to Rumford Hospital. McPhee was not injured. Damage to the Cadillac was estimated at $5,000; to the Jeep, $2,000.
