NEW GLOUCESTER – The wedding of Alyssa Projansky and Anthony Nile was held at 4 p.m. on June 28 at the Chandler House in New Gloucester. Kathy Fontaine officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Nile is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Projansky of Lewiston. Mr. Nile is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Nile of Lewiston.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white halter style gown with beaded bodice and lilac sash. She carried a bouquet of purple snapdragons, mums and lisianthus.
A friend of the couple, Molly Murphy, was honor attendant. Jacob Parakilas, friend of the couple, was best man.
A reception followed at the Chandler House, after which the couple traveled to York Beach. They are residing in Portland.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is employed at Counseling Services Inc. in Biddeford.
The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Lewiston High School and is currently attending the University of Southern Maine. He is employed as a department manager at Bob’s Discount Furniture in South Portland.
