Criminal Mischief

Two business vans parked at 17 Bridge St. had windows smashed out of them overnight Dec. 7-8.

A vehicle parked at 103 College St. had a window smashed out of it overnight Dec. 8-9.

A mailbox at 85 Pond Road was smashed overnight Dec. 9-10 and again overnight Dec. 11-12.

A vehicle parked outside of 48 Bradley St. had windows damaged overnight Dec. 8-9.

A vehicle parked at 100 Lincoln St. Alley had its windshield smashed out overnight Dec. 10-11.

A vehicle parked in front of 282 Lisbon St. had a tire slashed sometime overnight Dec. 6-7.

Thefts

A laptop was stolen from Ladd Library at 48 Campus Ave. sometime between 11 a.m. and noon on Dec. 10.

A class book was stolen from the Ladd Library at 48 Campus Ave. prior to 7 p.m. on Dec. 7.

MV Burglaries

A vehicle parked in front of 64 Summer St. was burglarized on Dec. 7 at 3 a.m. by a teenager wearing a black winter hat and a black puffy jacket.

A vehicle parked in front of 68 Summer St. was burglarized overnight Dec. 6-7. Loose change and an ID were taken from inside.

A vehicle parked outside of 53 Hillcrest Ave. was burglarized sometime over the weekend Dec. 5-8. CDs were taken from inside.

A vehicle parked in front of 191 Scribner Blvd. was burglarized overnight Dec. 6-7. A wallet was taken from inside.

Burglaries

A residence at 9 Jeannette Ave. was burglarized on Dec. 5 at 4:30 p.m. by a white male suspect described as 20 to 30 years old, with short hair and a mustache, in an older model green Chevy truck. He stole some diamond earrings and a jewelry box.

John Poulin, 26, was arrested for Burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest, and a probation hold on Dec. 10 at 6:40 p.m. after he burglarized a residence, and fled the scene after he set off the burglar alarm. A K-9 unit led directly to Poulin, who was stopped during a FI by an officer patrolling the area. Entry had been gained into the residence by breaking a window.

Robbery

A pedestrian walking in the area of Pine and Howe streets on Dec. 7 at 8:30 p.m. was approached by four black males who emptied his pockets to rob him of his property. The victim had nothing of any value on him, so the suspects let him go. The only description provided is that one of the males was wearing designer clothing with a chain necklace and a baseball hat. A second suspect was skinny with crooked teeth.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

Zackary Surette, 25, was arrested for operating without a license on Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. at Main and Middle streets following a routine vehicle stop.

James Robertson, 19, was arrested for operating a vehicle without a license and failure to give correct name on Dec. 11 at 10 p.m. at 24 Elm St. following a routine traffic stop.

Allison Camire, 29, was arrested for criminal speeding and operating under the influence on Dec. 6 at 6:15 a.m. at 50 Russell St. following a routine traffic stop.

Glen Willey, 54, was arrested for operating under the influence on Dec. 6 at 5:10 p.m. at Sabattus Street and East Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Joseph Courtemanche, 30, was arrested for operating under the influence on Dec. 7 at 1:20 a.m. at Webster and Noble streets following a routine traffic stop.

Bradley White, 54, was arrested for operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons on Dec. 9 at 12:35 a.m. at Androscoggin Avenue and Hall Street following a routine traffic stop.

Angelique Labonte, 22, was arrested for operating under the influence on Dec. 11 at 1:04 a.m. at Birch and Howe streets following a routine traffic stop.

Teri Sanborn, 41, was arrested for operating under the influence on Dec. 12 at 12:25 a.m. at 189 Sabattus St. following a routine traffic stop.
