LEWISTON – Rita S. Beliveau died on Dec. 12, at d’Youville Pavilion.

She was born in 1914, in Lewiston, the daughter of Joseph and Angelina (Laliberty) Sutton. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Beliveau in 1991.

She was employed for many years at Bates Manufacturing, Hill Division.

She is survived by a son, Albert Beliveau Jr. and his wife, Rachel; a daughter, Pauline Grace and husband, Michael; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by five brothers, Louis, Lucien, Ronaldo, Henri and Emilio Sutton; and five sisters, Lucienne Larochelle, Edna Nolin, Adrienne Nadeau, Fernande Bazinet and Priscille Sutton.
