FARMINGTON – The cat that comes to visit and stays too long at the Franklin County Animal Shelter – that’s Helsinki, who arrived at the shelter on June 12.

Staff said he is a handsome, short-haired white, and brown tiger strong in personality and big on affection.

Helsinki stretches his body by putting his front paws on a leg and waiting for a pat on his head. He likes to watch over his domain and greet people who visit. Anyone looking for a handsome feline who likes to cuddle should visit Helsinki and his friends at the shelter.

New dogs include two female tan terrier mixes from Strong and a female black lab mix from Livermore Falls.
