WILTON – A Wilton selectman was listed in fair condition Tuesday at Maine Medical Center in Portland after a fall at his home Thursday, according to a hospital spokesman.
Irv Faunce suffered cranial fractures, brain contusions and hemorrhages, town officials were told by his wife, Jan Collins.
A full recovery is expected but it will be a long road, she said. Faunce may not be able to attend board meetings for at least a month.
The couple owns the Wilton Blueberry Farm in East Wilton.
