RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Catherine M. “Cassie” Goodoff was celebrated Monday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Ave Maria,” “Wind Beneath My Wings” and “On Eagles Wings.” Readings were done by her granddaughter, Ronda Morra, and her grandson, Shane Slade. The eulogy was given by her son, Tom Goodoff. Pallbearers were her children, Tom Goodoff, Judy Sanborn, Claire Coombs, Muriel Slade, Paula Richard and Peggy Lemay. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed at the American Legion. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home.
