AUGUSTA – The United Way of Kennebec Valley (www.uwkv.org) and eWaste Recycling Solutions (www.ewastemaine.com) are partnering to respond to the community’s need for recycling consumer electronic devices by hosting a drop-off on Saturday, Dec. 20, at the Augusta Civic Center.

There is no charge for Maine residents, however the United Way of Kennebec Valley will accept contributions during the event.

It will be an opportunity to dispose of obsolete monitors, televisions, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines and cell phones. The drop-off spot will be in the lower parking area between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Businesses can contact eWaste Recycling Solutions at 449-1709 or www.ewastemaine.com for more information.
