The Brunswick Wal-Mart was evacuated for just over an hour Saturday after someone called in a bomb threat to the store.
Brunswick Police learned about the threat around noon. Police and the Brunswick Fire Department searched the Wal-Mart with help from a Maine State Police bomb-sniffing dog. No bomb was found, and the store re-opened.
Brunswick police are investigating the incident and are asking anyone with information to call the department at 725-5521. Anonymous tips can be left at the Brunswick Police Crime Stoppers line at 725-6670, extension 187.
