OXFORD – Randy and Pam Payne and Craig and Diane Delano, all of Oxford, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Miranda Lynn Payne and Malcolm Craig Delano.

Miss Payne is a 2008 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and is now employed at the Progress Center in Norway.

Mr. Delano is a 2006 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and a 2008 graduate of Universal Technical Institute in Norwood, Mass. his major in automotive technology. He is now employed at VIP in South Paris.

The couple now resides in South Paris and a July 2010 wedding is planned.
