LEWISTON – David N. Scott, 44, of East Wilton, died Saturday, Dec. 27, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born Aug. 30, 1964, in Torrington, Conn., the son of Norton I. and Mabel (Wheeler) Scott. He graduated from Mt. Blue High School in 1982.

He married Susan Berry in Bar Harbor on Aug. 22, 1983. He was the executive chef for ARAMARK for 24 years at the University of Maine at Farmington. He enjoyed cooking, vacationing in Bar Harbor, gardening, spending time at the family camp on Clearwater and at Bucky’s camp in Rangeley.

He is survived by his wife, Susan; two daughters, Samantha Scott of Hollywood, Calif., and Caitlin Scott of East Wilton; his mother and father-in-law, Russell and Barbara Berry of Farmington; his uncle, Nelson “Unk” Scott; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was predeceased by his parents; and his brother, Nelson Scott.
