AUBURN – A memorial Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Louis J. Fournier was celebrated by the Rev. Frank Murray Saturday morning at Sacred Heart Church following prayers from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham and Son.

During Mass, Louis’s son, Philip, carried his father’s urn to the altar. Readings of the Old and New Testament were read by Louis’s grandsons, Patrick Kelley and William Milasauskis.

The Prayer of the Faithful was read by Louis’s daughter, Joline Kelley. Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Louis’s daughter, Celeste Butler, and her children, Nicole and Danielle Butler.

Words of Remembrance were shared at the conclusion of the service by Louis’s daughter, Louise Milasauskis. Musical selections “Amazing Grace, “Be Still My Soul” and the “Battle Hymn of the Republic” were sung and performed by Louis’s grandson-in-law, Joshua Littlefield.
