Chad Pickett said the family set a goal to hike all 15 of Maine’s 4,000-foot mountains. They have reached the summit of eight so far, including Maine’s highest, Mount Katahdin. Connor is a first-grader at Sabattus Primary School and his brother, Colin, attends fourth grade at Sabattus Central.
