Mary Murphy, a versatile multi-instrumentalist and soulful vocalist in English, French and at times other languages, will perform Friday, Jan. 9, at Holly’s Own Deli & Restaurant, 84 Court St. Auburn. The jazz and pianist crosses music genres, from blues to country, and is a seasoned Maine musician, composer, indie recording artist and performer. She will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. There is no cover. Also at Holly’s, there will be an open-mic night from 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7.
