LEWISTON – Mark W. Hibbard died of multiple sclerosis on Jan. 4.

He was born in Portland, July 21, 1963.

He is survived by his partner, Bill Davis; parents, Russell and Alice Strout; siblings, Julie (Fred) Shane, Stub (Karen) Hibbard and Mike Hibbard; three stepsisters; a stepbrother; and nieces and nephews.
