OXFORD – A woman was injured after police say her 2000 Chevy Tahoe rolled three to five times Sunday night on Route 26 near NAPA Auto Parts.

Melissa Bouchard, 24, of South Paris was taken to Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, said Patrolman Reggie Littlefield.

Bouchard was charged with operating under the influence, Littlefield said. He said she lost control of the Tahoe in a 45 mph speed zone, struck a snowbank, a utility poll and then the SUV began rolling. He estimated that it rolled three to five times before coming to a stop.

Oxford police and fire crews responded to the 8:35 p.m. wreck. Firefighters cleared the scene shortly before 9:30 p.m.
