PORT ORANGE, Fla. – Florence Boulet Obie passed away Jan. 12, at the home of her daughter in Florida.

She was born in Lewiston, on Sept. 4, 1914, the daughter of Alexander and Adele Boulet. She was married to Robert and Normand Obie, who predeceased her.

She worked for many years at the Pepperell Mill, moving to Florida in 1975, where she resided until her death.

She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine and husband, Richard Picard, of Florida; a son, Robert and wife, Iris, of Turner; as well as four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by sisters, Cecile, Clairette, Jeanette, Mignonne and Juliette; and brothers, Conrad, Robert, Adrian and Alex.
